Insulting others, bad language, and porn sprays will not be tolerated! Profanity, Racism, Sexual, or Drug related conversations will NOT be tolerated at any time or under any circumstances with the exception of mild PG-13 language (see below for more details).

Fair Play
NO HACKING/CHEATING/EXPLOITS/TK/SK
Use of cheats, exploits, hacks, team killing and spawn killing distracts from the fun of others and is not tolerated. Members MUST participate & Promote in 'Fair Play' at all times. This includes but is not limited to not operating any type of cheat to obtain an advantage over others.

Community Tags
Texas Militia Members are encouraged to wear their assigned tags throughout the online community.
If a Member is in one of the TxM owned or operated servers, we request that you wear the tags to show your support for your community.
While wearing the community [TxM] tags, Members are REQUIRED to uphold the Rules & Regulations in ANY server they choose to participate in.
Dual Clanship
While dual clan ship is discouraged, we understand this may happen with the wide variety of games out there today.
We require that while you are on our servers, you must wear our tags and promote our services. While on our servers, you may in no way advertise other clans or communities.
User Accounts
Forum, Mumble, & Game Accounts are full responsibility of their creator.
The account owner is responsible for and owns all content contained within and or provided from these accounts, and WILL be held accountable as such. Duplicate Web, Mumble, TeamSpeak, Ventrilo, PB_GUIDS & STEAM_IDs are Prohibited for any Reason.
You are never to share your password or account access with anyone.

We put a high emphasis on a member's quality of character.
We are all here to have fun with friends and family.
Persons who brag, belittle, degrade, humiliate, or show poor sportsmanship are neither desired nor wanted.
Rage quitting is not acceptable behavior.
Language
You don't need to use coarse language to get a view across.
In many cases members play using speakers, as a result other members in their house will hear what you say. Please be aware that your audience may include young children and other members may not appreciate an environment filled with "filthy" talk.

- Benign language like gosh and darn are acceptable and not considered coarse language.
- Mild swearing, like damn, bloody, hell, and crap, are okay occasionally, but less is more.
- Swear words using God or Jesus are strongly discouraged.
- The word "rape" is a violent sexual term and is strongly discouraged.
- Moderate language words like "ass", "shit" and "fuck" are tolerated in rare occurrences.
But, beware that you will be warned and ultimately banned for repetitive usage. - Heavy language words like "b****" (female dog), body parts ("p***y", "c*nt" "c*ck", etc), "assh***", and any version of the "N" words or any other derogatory terms (ie "GAY" and "faggot") aimed at racial or sexual discrimination are never tolerated in any fashion.
- Cussing directed at someone specifically is not permitted.

This is where we post important announcements and roll-calls.

Members are strongly encouraged to log into Mumble 'Often' and socialize with other members and visitors.
Game Play
While we encourage socializing on other servers, members are required to actively support and play on 'TxM' servers regularly.

As a member you are expected to uphold and enforce these values.
